It’s England vs Ireland when reigning champion Nathan Greyson takes on SBG’s Blaine O’Driscoll in Colchester on November 17th. Two further fights have also been announced for CW99: Phil Wells vs Jamie Richardson and Steve Aimable vs Josh Abraham.
Nathan Greyson’s spectacular knockout win to win the belt at CW92 sent shockwaves through the European flyweight ranks, and positioned him as one of the most dangerous men in Europe at 125lbs. Greyson has knocked out his last three opponents and is confident he can do the same to every man that comes for his belt.
“Line them all up. I’m knocking them down like bowling pins,” says Greyson. “Bring them all. I’m here for world domination, nothing less.”
Team Titan’s Nathan Greyson (5-2) is no stranger to finishing fights either. All 5 of his victories have come by knockout, with his last win over Jack Lambe showcasing his devastating ability to string together fight-ending knees, punches and elbows from all angles. Greyson, who has warred with some serious competition including the UFC’s Arnold Allen back in 2012, is a serious adversary and will look to match Creasey blow-for-blow at Super Saturday. The man left standing will leave as champion.
The second new fight to be announced is a Welterweight match-up between Craig ‘Thundercat’ White (13-7) and Alex Montagnani (10-2). White is riding a 3-fight streak of first round wins, including a guillotine choke submission over Hakon Foss which was nominated one of Cage Warriors’ submission finishes of the year 2017. Similarly, Montagnani has laid waste to his last two opponents in round one with explosive technical stoppages, making this a bout which has fireworks written all over it.
