Tomorrow from the Scottish Rite Temple in Kansas City, Mo Invicta FC 22 takes place. Today the fighters took to the scale in preparations for Saturday’s bouts. Unfortunately three fighters on the card missed weight and one bout was ultimately cancelled. The main event is an rematch for the Invicta FC Bantamweight championship between Tonya Evinger and Yana Kunitskaya. Tomorrow, March 25, Invicta FC returns to Scottish Rite Temple in Kansas City for Invicta FC 22, headlined by the rematch between Invicta FC bantamweight champion Tonya “Triple Threat” Evinger (18-5, 1 NC) and Russian challenger Yana “Foxy” Kunitskaya (9-2, 1 NC).


The seven-fight card streams live and exclusively via UFC FIGHT PASS at 7 p.m. CT.

Bantamweight Title: Tonya Evinger (134.8) vs. Yana Kunitskaya (134.8)

Strawweight: Ayaka Hamasaki (115.7) vs. Livia Renata Souza (115)

Strawweight: DeAnna Bennett1 (117.6) vs. Jodie Esquibel (115.5)

Atomweight: Amber Brown (105.9) vs. Ashley Cummins (105.6)

Strawweight: Sunna Rannveig Davidsdottir (115.8) vs. Mallory Martin (114.8)

Strawweight: Kal Holliday (115.9) vs. Miranda Maverick2 (120.5)

Featherweight: Felicia Spencer (146) vs. Madison McElhaney (146)


1, 2 Bennett and Maverick each missed weight for their respective bouts and were fined 25 percent of their purses. Both bouts will proceed as catchweights.


Invicta FC 22 was originally scheduled as an eight-fight card, but an atomweight bout between Jinh Yu Frey and Janaisa Morandin was canceled after Yu Frey weighed in at 106 pounds and Morandin missed weight at 111.2 pounds. Yu Frey will receive her show money.
