UFC Orlando salaries announced

Fighter salaries from UFC’s most recent card in Orlando on Jan. 19 were announced today. As some would no doubt have it, the biggest dudes on the card took home the biggest paydays.

Alistair Overeem pocketed $542,857 for his second-round TKO of Junior Dos Santos, including a $200,000 win bonus. However, Dos Santos received $400,000 to help lessen the pain of his defeat. Both fighters received a higher payout than lightweight champion Rafael Dos Anjos, who received $300,000. However, his opponent, Donald Cerrone, only received $79,000 – an interesting discrepancy, given Cerrone’s stature in the UFC.
