VIDEO: Diego Sanchez: Turning Nightmares into Reality

This weekend sees the UFC return to Mexico and also marks the return of one of the promotions most intense fighters. Diego Sanchez.

Sanchez is a wild man, always has been, always will be. Over the years he’s been involved in some great fights and has been some very compelling viewing, win, lose or split decision.

Since becoming a household name after appearing on and winning TUF 1 Sanchez has fought a who’s who of fighters across the Welterweight and Lightweight division. These guys include the likes of BJ Penn, Nick Diaz, Josh Koscheck, Jon Fitch, Clay Guida, Takanori Gomi and Gil Melendez.

After an up and down career of late, Sanchez has decided to drop to the Featherweight division to try his hand against the best they have to offer. His first task is a tough one though in #4 ranked Ricardo Lamas.

Can Sanchez make an impact at Featherweight and give the division a shake up? We’ll find out soon enough, in the mean time check out what it takes to be considered a ‘Nightmare
